12 Pounds – 6 Weeks

I have been on this new diet and exercise program for six weeks now and I must say that I am pretty pleased.

On the scale, I am down a total of 12 pounds. I have lost 1.5 inches around my waist. I can really tell that my legs are leaner and that my muscle is increasing.

In fact, I am 3 pounds heavier than I was when I finished up the HCG diet last year but it is obvious that my muscle mass is more.

I have been working hard on eating right and exercising and I love the results.

I think what has really made the difference for me is that my trainer at Anytime Fitness has a very specific program for me to follow. I don’t come in with a question from him of, “What do you want to work on today?” He has a very set plan and there is no question as to what we are doing.

That has made all the difference.

Of course, I hate the workouts… but love them about 5 minutes after they are done because I know that I had an incredibly efficient exercise session.
