Goals
When people set goals they will work at varying levels of vigor to reaching those goals.
When it comes to my business goals, I am relentless in finding a way to reach that goal. I will work hours upon hours to find a way to reach that goal.
When it comes to my physical goals, I don’t work quite so hard.
While I work in business, I work hard and will forego sleep, food and personal relationships.
While I work for my physical goals, sleep is more important and my time needed to do other things always seem to come ahead.
With that said, I am making progress to my physical goals but the progress has slowed. If I didn’t have a trainer (someone to report to) I would probably not be making that progress at all.
Right now, I am the leanest I have been in over 15 years. I am not the lightest I have been but I am more lean.
I still have a way to go, but I am need to refocus… yet again.
