HCG: Day 11
Take a look at all that food. Salad is a great way to go on this diet because you can eat a darn lot of it. You can see it dwarfs the chicken.
I took the whole meal picture because this was my Easter dinner. I had my lunch late (about 3pm) and I was absolutely stuffed. Then I had this for dinner and couldn’t finish it all. I couldn’t finish the chicken or the salad. I saved it thinking I would finish it later, but I just didn’t get hungry again. I counted the full calories since I don’t know what I actually ate, but I didn’t finish it all.
I have found that I don’t like chicken as much as I used to. I am going to have to find different ways to season it. Today was Mrs. Dash. The problem is that I love lemon pepper but the only lemon pepper I can find has sugar in it. Lemon and pepper individually just isn’t the same.
I did save my strawberries for dessert since my family and the friends that joined us for Easter dinner had strawberry shortcake. Sure, I was a little disappointed that I couldn’t have the cake or whipped cream, but look at my stats for the diet below… can’t mess that up.
