HCG: Day 13
Today was a much better day than yesterday. I wasn’t hungry in the morning at all, so I didn’t even eat breakfast. I waited until lunch time and had turkey/tomato soup. It was really good.
For dinner, I had the burger and onions at the left. It was worth every single bite. If I eat that more often, then I won’t hate the diet so much.
Because I didn’t eat breakfast, I am going to have strawberries tonight as a bit of a dessert.
I went today to get my blood pressure taken. Normally my blood pressure is about 130 / 90… a little elevated, but not bad. Today, my blood pressure was 163 / 71… yikes. Unfortunately, I didn’t take my blood pressure before the diet started, so I don’t have a control to compare against. I am going to get this taken every few days now to see where it goes. I am hoping that just by losing weight, drinking a lot of water and cutting out so much sodium it will go down all by itself.
I lost weight again, so I am much happier with the diet than yesterday.

Snack– 60 calories
4 oz of apple
Dinner –190 calories
4 oz of beef
3.3 oz of onion
Dessert – 60 calories
6.6 oz of strawberries
