HCG: Day 29
Since I was down again, I decided to try out the mixing of veggies again. If I gain weight in the morning, I am going to consider it a failure… even though it probably just makes me retain water.
Just getting an additional flavor in my meal, even with the same number of calories, is incredible. I don’t know if adding tomato to my onion is really mixing since I had tomatoes earlier in the day, but it sure tasted good. I added some mustard and enjoyed every single bite.
I can see how I can eat within 2000 calories a day if my permanent diet can contain foods like this.

Breakfast – 60 calories
6.6 oz of strawberries
Lunch – 190 calories
4.5 oz of turkey
8 oz of tomato
Snack – 60 calories
4 oz of apple
Dinner – 190 calories
4 oz of beef
2 oz of onion
3 oz of tomato
