HCG: Day 3
I got a great night sleep and woke up with no appetite. I actually didn’t even eat my breakfast until about 9:30am.
My lunch was great. You can see how much food I had in the picture at the left. that is a standard fry pan. It was a lot of food. I put chicken and asparagus with some garlic, onion, pepper, salt and crushed red peppers. It had a little bit of a kick to it. It made my nose run and eyes water.
It was so much food that I almost didn’t finish it. Then, I didn’t have an appetite all afternoon. I didn’t have my afternoon snack. When dinner time came around, I couldn’t even eat my full amount of food because I still wasn’t hungry.
I did get my appetite back at about 9pm so I had my snack then and it was pretty darn good.
I am pretty hungry now as I write this post so who knows what will happen tomorrow.
I got a nice 30 minute nap in the middle of the day so I didn’t feel tired at the end of the day like I have the first two days.
Breakfast – 59.4 calories

6.6 oz of strawberries (I cut it up and put it in a bowl and realized it is as much food as the cereal I usually ate for breakfast)
Lunch – 190.55 calories
4.85 oz of chicken
6.7 oz of asparagus
Dinner –179.35 calories
4.85 oz of chicken (grilled)
4 oz of spinach (I cooked it so that it reduced. I just couldn’t eat as much as I was allotted)
Desert – 65 calories
4 oz of apple (I added stevia, cinnamon and then heated in the microwave for a minute… was really good)
Total Calories for the day: 493.3

Food on HCG
OK Today is my first day of the VLCD...I was worried about my soda but havent had any all day and feel pretty good.... I am getting ready to make my dinner and the chicken and asparagus looks good. I have had 1 1/2 apples( golden delicious) How do I count calories on that ? But I'm not real hungry. Made my self sick on the loading days... I did buy crystal light to go in my water but I can't stand the whole amount so half in a bottle is good.
