Success Requires Work
I used to be fat.
I wasn’t always like that.
Before that I was chubby, husky or just a little tubby.
The problem was I never did anything about it. I just “let myself go.”
Last year I decided that I wanted to be lean more than I wanted to food.
That was when I decided to work for my goals. That included diet and exercise.
As a result, I have lost over 50 pounds in the last 10 months and I am much happier with myself.
I was talking to my trainer at Anytime Fitness last week where he had just taken some measurements of me.
What I was happy about was when he said, “You know, if you lose just 19 more pounds of fat, you’ll be ripped”.
I didn’t realize that my hard work had gotten me so close to my goal.
Now, my resolve is rekindled. I am getting close to my goal, hard work is what it is going to take to get me the rest of the way there.
